Technique 1 is all about getting specific with what's causing your anxiety. Technique 2 is about understanding that the event has not happened yet and that how you do at that event hasn't happened yet. Your anxiety is based on an event that hasn't happened yet. And finally, Technique 3 is to imagine the event going well 15 minutes after the successful completion of the event.
